Queen's speech: fracking to get boost from trespass law changes

Queen's speech: fracking to get boost from trespass law changes
Shale gas industry welcomes move to end requirement to notify homeowners of drilling under their properties

Queens speech gives go ahead for fracking
Disaster imminent
This is not in keeping with the will of the people.
It is a straightforward case of neglect when it comes to duty of care.

People are now able to sack MP's?
Okay so let's sack all MP's and councilors who entertain fracking, knowing that their actions and sanctions will lead directly to polluting and destroying your countryside, poisoning your ground water, drinking water and your land, with the potential additional hazard of creating earth quakes
All MPs & councilors want to look after their seats, so make it clear if they are intent on allowing & support fracking in your home town or city, then frack them off ASAP.

Don't let corporate play people against people.

So now fracking companies are going to try and bribe people with £20,000 payoffs. If there was no potential hazard then there would be no compensation offered, this shows that these fracking companies know there will be problems from pollution directly related to their fracking operations. Don't be bribed, don't let the fracking companies play people against people. United as a Nation is the way to stop the fracking liberties that they are preparing to bring to your homes. Stand firm, stand fast and resolute. We need to reduce CO2 along with other pollutants, not continue to produce it.

The Code of Conduct and the Guide to the Code of Conduct

Corporate industry took the lead out of petrol and replaced it with Benzene.

Do you know Benzene is highly carcinogenic and is closely linked to cancer?
Did you know this?
EPA has classified benzene as known human carcinogen for all routes of exposure. http://www.epa.gov/ttn/atw/hlthef/benzene.html

Benzene is found in the air from emissions from burning coal and oil, gasoline service stations, and motor vehicle exhaust. Acute (short-term) inhalation exposure of humans to benzene may cause drowsiness, dizziness, headaches, as well as eye, skin, and respiratory tract irritation, and, at high levels, unconsciousness. Chronic (long-term) inhalation exposure has caused various disorders in the blood, including reduced numbers of red blood cells and aplastic anemia, in occupational settings.   Reproductive effects have been reported for women exposed by inhalation to high levels, and adverse effects on the developing fetus have been observed in animal tests. Increased incidence of leukemia (cancer of the tissues that form white blood cells) have been observed in humans occupationally exposed to benzene. EPA has classified benzene as known human carcinogen for all routes of exposure.
Demand 100% transparency & 100% accountability.

The Bilderberg Group

The object is to STOP creating pollutants, all of them.

The NEED is for the investment to be put into getting on with the job in hand, not continuing in the same destructive unbalance processes that are exacerbating the situation.
Under duty of care, the problems must be clearly addressed and by that, there must be immediate and direct actions to STOP CO2 emissions along with many other pollutants, such as benzene (a registered carcinogen) along with Atomic power stations, which the UK government is heading on with a plan to build of 6 in the UK.

The bottom line is serious applied action must begin today and it must NOT be hijacked, nor blindsided by business, industry, commerce and governments. CO2 & Methane emissions from hydraulic fracturing processes can have a huge impact on the greenhouse gas balance.
Existing assessments give a range of 18 to 23 g CO2-equivalent per MJ from the development and production of unconventional natural gas. The emissions due to methane intrusion of aquifers are not yet assessed. However, project specific emissions might vary up to a factor of ten, depending on the methane production of the well.

Return the lands to the people and the people to the lands

We as free people must not pull back from seeking the truth and consistency in any plans concerning our race, the planet and its species.
If we look at the world, we are all sharing it as the whole, the one, and, at present, there is no other.
The bottom line is, you cannot get off.

It is each and everyone's responsibility to ensure that industry, Governments and corporate's do not destroy the environment and species any more.
There are no excuses for the wanton destruction of the planet, it's species and habitats to date.

You/we/I have only to look to see the massive environmental damage that big companies and governments have already created with their insatiable greed and their need for cash, control of people, energy and resources.
The truth is they must be stopped from destroying any further.

Alternative energy is not a fantasy, there is an inexhaustible amount of information readily available.
Conservation of energy must also be fully realized, utilized and practiced.
Do not be fooled into thinking bio fuels, or hydro electric dams are an answer.
They serve no sustainable purpose, resulting once again in the destruction of habitats and the displacement of wildlife and indigenous people's.

As a race, we must not allow any to destroy our environment.
We must not allow corporate, industry, or regimes to force us to be separated from interacting with our environment.

Nuclear power is a demon seed with nuclear waste having a half life of 25,000 years.
This means that it will still be 100% toxic to all forms of cellular life in 25,000 years time.
Chernobyl
(Wormwood) in Russia and Fukushima (a curse to catch attention) in Japan have shown that no nuclear power plants are 100% safe, and once an accident happens, the species and environmental impact is both far reaching and devastating.

Chernobyl (Wormwood) and Fukushima (a curse to catch attention) must be taken as direct reasons for discontinuing the use of atomic energy,

People must pluck the sickness of greed and corruption from their Nations

You only get one chance, make that chance, one of change for a future for all People, species and planet.

People must expose and oppose tyrants, regimes and oppressors and those who commit crimes against peace, genocide, and ecocide. Everyone is on the same Planet, we need to acknowledge that we are also on the same page in our History present and Future.

UK; In the select committee rooms 13 June 2013.
Protecting the Arctic, environmental audit committee; Dr Cynan Ellis of the Arctic office, Natural Environment Research Council, said that they did not have sufficient knowledge of the environment to make a credible assessment of the environmental impact on the Arctic regarding the proposed plans for extracting oil and other fuels. It is about time all People of all Countries throughout the World demanded an end to the exploration for fossil fuels with immediate effect, and that the monies that would be used for fossil fuel recovery are instead spent on researching, developing and harnessing alternative natural sources of energy.

Frack the cash, keep it green

So, let’s get this right.

Your Council are being bribed with your money to allow the dumping of Nuclear waste under your homes.

These bribes have now extended to fracking.

If any and all Councils enter into such agreements it will be wholly unconstitutional and it would not be fit for them to continue in their office.

 If this becomes the case;

One Council has already made a statement

Council leader: Hampshire won’t be ‘bought off’ over fracking

A very important addition to all of this news can be found at the following link;
